Over a 20 year period we have collaborated with design teams, specialist consultants in the field of regeneration, urban renewal, heritage management on a wide range of conservation based projects in the residential, cultural, educational, commercial and social sectors.

With award winning Architects HKR Cathal Crimmins architects provided all the conservation services, including conservation reports for planning, in the restoration of the 18th century terrace of buildings on D’Olier Street Dublin formerly occupied by the Irish Times. Conversion of a 19th century Mill to a religious centre was also carried out with HKR.

    All Hallows College is undergoing extensive refurbishment of the early 18th Century Edward Lovatt Pearse building  and later Victorian buildings at All Hallows College, Drumcondra, Dublin. Recent Planning Applications and Section 5 Declarations have been successful.

    Many projects including Mill buildings at Grand Canal Street and protected structures in Dundrup including an inventory of all properties in Dundrum Centre.
    Presently working with them on St Francis Hospice, a protected structure in Raheny and a conversion of a mill.
